What is Teletherapy?

(AKA telehealth, telepractice)

Teletherapy is therapy provided with the use of telecommunications (usually video chats, such as Zoom). For teletherapy sessions you’ll need a computer with a microphone and speakers (or headset) and a high-speed internet connection.

During our sessions we may watch a short video, listen to a song or audio clip, look at an image together, or play a turn-taking game. We can do anything in teletherapy that we would do during in-person sessions including evaluations.

Please note: A caregiver must be present for all sessions.
